What are your shipping options?

We offer the following:

  1. PUDO - Locker to Locker (R 69.00)
  2. Aramex (R99.00)
  3. Postnet to Postnet (R 109.00)

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase if product is faulty. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: While we are happy to process your return, please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within South Africa.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, all orders are processed via bank deposit (EFT) and Yoco Payment Gateway. We are working to expand our payment options in the future.
